Hello, I'm Sapna.
I'm a recent graduate from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Delhi NCR, where I pursued a Bachelor of Arts with a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and English. This interdisciplinary background gives me a unique lens through which to understand human behaviour — one that integrates psychological insight, sociological awareness, and the power of language.
My passion lies at the intersection of mental health and community impact. From clinical counselling training at Vishwas Healing Centre to leading social responsibility initiatives as President of the SEHER Sociology Students' Association, I've consistently sought to bridge the gap between academic psychology and real-world social change.
I believe that psychology has the power to transform not just individual lives, but entire communities — and I'm committed to being a part of that transformation.
